About Us

Abhijit, a graduate in manufacturing engineering, completed his postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow. He served as the product manager at the Anand Group for a brief period. He was instrumental in setting up ventures like 100mesh. He has also been actively involved in the field of aptitude training and assessment.

Aditya, after completing his Mechanical engineering, he went on to do his PGDCM from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He has varied experience in the field of Sales and Marketing, having worked for the UB Group.

Shantanu, an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, has over 4 years of experience in cognitive skills and aptitude training and testing. He has mentored more than 2000 CAT aspirants as a faculty in IMS, TIME and CareerPlan. He has worked with MeritTrac as a freelance consultant. His assignment with MeritTrac involved design, development and delivery of assessment tools for various industries including IT and ITES. He has also worked with 100 Mesh, a leading competence assessment firm as an Architect (Content and Innovation).

Chandan, is a co-founder and partner at 100 mesh, a start-up company. He has worked for about 3 years in the service Industry for companies like Fomas India Limited, the Indian subsidiary of the Italian conglomerate in Forging industry, and ADDR Technologies, one of the leading Web Hosting and Designing companies in the US. He has considerable experience in one or more of preparation of assessment modules and conduction of tests (including written and/or verbal communication ability tests) for organizations such as the HP, AOL, Accenture, and ICICI Onesource etc.
